Politique de remboursement

You can request a return or a replacement within 30 days of ordering - your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and you’ll also need proof of purchase. Contact me with any issues and I will sort them out for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

If the item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, (ie, bad stitching, or a sub standard print) a replacement will be sent out to you as soon as photo proof of the defect is received. 

If you have received the wrong item, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will arrange delivery of the correct item. 

If you have made a mistake whilst ordering, please let me know - I will try to rectify the issue before the order ships out. If the order has already shipped and is of no use to you, contact me to arrange a return and I will refund you as soon as I receive the returned item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital items cannot be refunded or returned once downloaded. They can, however, be resent to you if there was an issue with the download. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
